TRACK

The historical track of Maggiora is considered The Temple of Motocross; a natural stage that through the years has hosted grand events and competitions at international level, cultivating the aspirations of the world’s best riders. Thanks to the hard work of Paolo Schneider and Stefano Avandero since 2011, the Mottaccio del Balmone track can be considered one of the world’s best, both naturally spectacular and technically challenging. With a capacity of 60,000, the course also boasts superb hospitality and breathtaking natural scenery to make it unique and inimitable. Since 2013, the Maggiora Circuit been the home of the FIM MXGP World Championship, and in 2016 it will play host to the FIM Monster Energy Motocross of Nations, thirty years after the legendary 1986 event.

RACING TEAM

In 2016 Luca Poggi and Dario Marrazzo are the two official riders for the Maggiora Park Racing Team. Luca Poggi will participate in the MX1 category of the regional championship and the Italian championship with the KTM SXF 450. Dario Marrazzo will enter the MX2 category of the Italian championship and the supercross championship riding the KTM SXF 250, while in the regional championship he will ride in the MX1 category on the KTM SXF 350.
